It should be worth noting, and I'm not surprised it didn't get mentioned in ANY of the articles today about them, that AC/DC is a strong supporter of P2P file sharing. It doesn't look like it hurts their album sales in any way, and they clearly sell out every venue they play at.

Just use your common sense man, look how high up the stage is... It was about 7 feet in the air like all of them are at outdoor events. Not to mention that there are about 80000 at this concert and if you bring one of them up everyone will start rushing the stage.....

Theres also rumours that U2 could be coming here, but they probably wont because they mostly work on round stages and Moncton cant do the at the Hill.

there was over 70,000 tickets sold plus the ppl that got in for free and then they estimated 30,000 ppl watchin from out of the gates like in yards and that huge field next to the concert ... so there was lots!!! of people

Awesome!! I saw them in November in Boston and HAD to go again to Moncton!!  The concert totally RocKed!! I was up close to the stage and the sound on most of my vids is just noise since it was sooo loud. Great collection of videos!

Aerosmith can't, already seen them, Guns and Roses can't with only axle, Rolling stones did have more people but that was a festival with about 6 other well known bands. Not to mention it was a weekend and an all day event with cheaper tickets.

I've been waiting for this concert for 25 years. Worth the wait. The best show I have ever seen. Most at a concert as well. Dont know how many paid, but there was definately less room left to sit than at the stones.

well what happened was we were all waiting for tickets and they said they were all soled out ... a bunch of people knocked down 2 20 foot fences and they all got in for free (aprox:1800 people)

Way the hell more then 300 got in for free. If there were only 300 people waiting at the gates when the show started then they wouldn't have opened the gates for fear of a riot.....

Also, they didn't seem to release the official attendance reports but on the AC/DC website it stated paid attendance was about 70,000. I've also head 67,000.

They let people in for free actualy at the main gate at around 9:30....my girlfriend and her 2 kids and a friend walked right in. Ppl at the gate asked them if they wanted to get in for free. As for me and my bud .....20 feet from the stage walkway were Angus strutted his stuff ....wicked show !
