they are the New Orleans Ragamuffins a cover band that mostly plays dixieland jazz in the streets of Barcelona and yeah, they are fucking awesome (as long as i know for now they only recorded one cd but man.. that's good shit).
This isn't ragtime, but it's FANTASTIC! These musicians are playing Traditional Jazz, sometimes also called "Dixieland" Jazz. They sound really good! I would love to know who they are; just when you think you've heard (or heard of) everyone on the traditional jazz scene, new good people spring out of the woodwork! Five stars!
