Yeah, this city has like 1.5-1.6 million people in the city proper, which is actually sort of small in area, so this it's difficult to believe that space craft or even some sort of earth based UFO would fly around in plain site, during the day...What would happen if dozens and dozens of UFOs started floating listlessly over a similarly sized US city, like Philadelphia. Watch the clouds even, those clouds are uppside-down, an effect caused by the reflection in the water. Even more answers come from the shadow in the surface tension caused by the small objects. No more need to justify this obvious conclusion.

I've seen this with binoculars, it is quite strange, those balls are real high and so real big, it almost seems like they are close to the stratosphere (i don't think it can be perceived very well in video).

I think that ball lightning is a lot more typical than previously considered. Almost all of the reasonably valid UFO footage I've ever seen, and I've seen a lot of it, is easily within the notion of ball lightning, or 'plasma'... same thing. The part that is interesting, is not whether such phenomena exist, that is very reasonable, but whether they are anything other than passive.
Whilst I can't say I'm convinced this is genuine it simply amazes me that some people seem arrogant in their belief that Earth is the only planet in the vastness of the universe with 'intelligent life-form' on it!

@cdcg19 theres no ripple-effect because of the water moves very slowly and syrofoambubbles weigh so little that they have the same velocity. Watch the clouds even, those clouds are uppside-down, an effect caused by the reflection in the water. Even more answers come from the shadow in the surface tension caused by the small objects. No more need to justify this obvious conclusion.

I've seen this with binoculars, it is quite strange, those balls are real high and so real big, it almost seems like they are close to the stratosphere (i don't think it can be perceived very well in video).
And of course you don´t have to be very smart to realize why those can not be ballons

You can see large fleets like that one,in Sardinia (Italy) from the Alghero/Bosa road (40 km without light pollution, not even a bulb).'Round 10/11 pm every night, 7/7. It's also easy distinguishable the chief patrols from reconnaissance aircraft.Thre are hundreds of them.
Reconnaissance aircraft flight in parallel from South to Nord,Chief patrols flight everywhere, at different height and speed. Same objects are largerly seen also as USO.Not once,no one,not even the local tv WANT to report it.

I think that ball lightning is a lot more typical than previously considered. Almost all of the reasonably valid UFO footage I've ever seen, and I've seen a lot of it, is easily within the notion of ball lightning, or 'plasma'... same thing. The part that is interesting, is not whether such phenomena exist, that is very reasonable, but whether they are anything other than passive.
