Couldn't you just download the server folder (such as /bukkit) from the server that it's hosted on and then upload it to a hosting service? You can also separate the chunks of the map so that it only saves those chunks that you're using and not worry about other people's creations being on it. You've provided the mods that you're using as well, so I don't see what else would be holding you back.
