This is the series where hansie cronje

was first involved in match fixing i think

but he didn't.it was later revealed when he was testifying at

@TomAraya23 I think the series in question is not this one but a later bilateral ODI series between the two nations... I recall watching this after the 1996 World Cup and it was a shocking and somewhat sad ending for South Africa to have lost the only game that mattered... I believe the similar run was made during a VB or Benson & Hedges Series in Australia involving New Zealand...
