I had similar experience like this. I needed to bring 150 mutant sharks all the way to east of mediterranean sea. Game started from Port Said, you start with 10 chunks of meat. Its really costly so i payed a little visit in israel(it was the closest where is white ppl too(to blend in)). I stopped my ship next to gaza strip and catched 223 jews for a bait(with free cash ofc). It took 3h to feed the sharks all the way to Hadera. Then the sharks found their way from that, it was fun too at start...
