Looks like they fudged the results a bit. 1:31 Looks like the Merc spun his rear tires to loose traction. In the straight-a-way test, the car with the all seasons would be traveling much faster to catch up to the car with the winter tires when they braked at the same time.

The so-called All-Seasons on the Benz C-class are not all season tires. They are Ultra High Performance Summer tires, looks like Dunlop SP Sport-01. Still the same point remains, get winter tires.
The All-Seasons on the crown vic... is it me, or do they look like Nokian WR??? I think I saw Nokian on the sidewall and the tread pattern is familiar looking, down to the "Hakka Siping"
P.S. Would have been nice if the "All-season" tires was the same make/model with both cars. Also, curious because the Nokian WR's have a lot of hype behind them, especially in the winter traction.

Winter tires are reallt good. This is the first year I've owned a set (in 13 years of driving) and they really pay for themselves.
