  • basicly what are u doing now is BAd low bar squats ( bad meaning as bad bar position on shoulders)

  • If u dont/cant squat ATG when using high bar ( u probablly cant becouse or ur build/flexibility - I can see u do parallel front squats) i would advise u going low bar.
