I think that the female vocalist should drop the rest of the band (no offense ... they are good, but don't really compliment her look / sound), possibly look at other bands in need of a female vocalist, and lastly, possibly pursue a modelling career since she has both the facial and body features that are appealing to the fashion / commercial industry.

I just think that Nina Courson almost needs a different band to fit with her vocal / visual presence. I could see her going much further career-wise in doing so.

She has potential in that she is visually appealing and has vocal talent, but the truth is, is that the band (even though they can play rather tightly) is pretty much a common band. Nothing spectacular about them. They remind me of a typical bar band or local touring band.

You could SO rock as a front though Nina, and I don't mean to discourage, but honestly you need to do something different stylistically on the singing front, OR you need a clever producer who can work with what you're doing currently to create an edgy, unique sound that gels with the style. Having held forth with all that pretentious, unsolicited gob-flapping, I would seriously go mad at one of your concerts, you guys must rock live. I'm guessing you don't do purple dresses on stage.

My advice on the video, the beginning is really good but it sort of fades. I would advise getting a digital camera that has B-MOVIE quality imaging instead of what you used. Look more professional.

I'd also ditch the goth-glam looks and go for more of a day glow look, for the girl. Go for a more 80s L.A. punk rock look for the dudes. Tell that bas player to get a haircut, it's not the 60s anymore.

Make your music more fun if possible.

Howdy. I enjoy listening to my music not watching it. So I listened, and found the instrumentals very tight, very well-put together, on key. Vocals were sort of mediocre which is not to suggest they're weren't good, just not hard enough for a band like this. Let's just say Nina sings "politely" and perfect for the senior prom, but not for an overwhelmingly musical group like this. SO let me say, the band is awesome, and truthfully, the best name for a band I've seen since the 60s.

Not bad! I like you guys. Nina Courson is a babe! Her voice is sort of in the back ground which indicates a shoegaze sound to me. I like creative and good pop sense grunge rock! You guys need to check out a great short lived 90s band called Eve's Plum. My favorite grunge rock band. Colleen Fitzpatrick (of later embarrising Vitamin C) is the lead singer! She is super sexy  and a good singer!
