Jimmy Carter installed solar water heaters at the White House. Ronald Reagan removed them. Barak Obama has not reinstalled them. Were you expecting more?
Carters solar project was very expensive and not very reliable. Solar and wind are great for an individuale to get off the grid and be independant,but to let government/taxpayer subsidised companies provide it will just be the makings of 'Big Solar" and Big Wind" Remember all monopolies were created by Big Gov rules and regulations killing off the little guy.
