  • This is a very cool behind the scenes look! Glad I stumbled on it!

  • Awesome

  • Doesn't she do a big band cover of Paul Simon's "Still Crazy After All These Years" - - - - I'd love to see it.

  • Yes, she is great with covering big band standards.

  • It would be great to see the final performance

  • She couldn't look any hotter or sound any better

  • She is equal measures beautiful and talented

  • ...would adore to see the entire click including the full transition to the true performance!

  • Really interesting video. Nice to see the professionals at work. Thanks for the posting.

  • Good cover of The Beatles song "Got To Get You Into My Life". It's a good essay carried out by Toni Tennille. ¡¡And also the cover of "Earth, Wind and Fire" band of the same song is very good and I like so much!!

  • Thanks for posting this! At the end, though, why are her hair and clothing different from the rest of the clip?

  • Good observation. I've noticed that too.

  • That's because, there is a fade into the performance of the song!

  • I get it. In other words, we didn't get to see the whole clip; it fades into the actual performance, but we got to see only a few seconds of that part. Thanks!

  • Very interesting, she is truelly great.

  • You are so right, again!!

  • I am a huge Toni Tennille fan and have been sice 1975 when The Captain and Tennille hit the scene. I remember her talk show like it was yesterday....used to watch it through fuzzy rabbit ear reception...what a bummer, but I was faithful....always very enjoyable

  • I'm a huge Toni Tennille fan myself, so you might have some competition. I became a true fan in the summer of 1998, which explains how I came up with my youtube name. It's my biggest dream to meet her.

  • Cool, Thanks for posting this

  • would like to meet her as well...I got to see her in WICTOR/VICTORIA in Atlanta in '98 and it was a thrill to see one of my favorite singers in my very favorite musical...I also got to see Julie Andrews on broadway the year previous.....Toni did the "Louise says" number better than Julie...she is a true talent.

  • You are so right. You're lucky you got to see her in Victor/Victoria. I think I'll be scarred for life because I didn't. I try to think it wasn't my fault because I didn't know of any such thing and she didn't come to my area. Hopefully I'll get to see her in Las Vegas next year and meet her. That would be a huge milestone in my life.

  • Toni is my MOST favorite singer in the world!!! Doesn't she look sweet? She always did and she still does. Every picture I've ever seen of her she looks sweet. And she is. I'd bet she always was. I know she was when people were hearing about her for the first time and before that. That's probably one of the things the captain saw in her and really liked, that's why he married her.
