i think u mean 1.4m not 14m sp .. and i guess u mean lv 100FF? u wanna farm all sp at once, just calculate how much 0-100 with 0gap gives .. then i think u need to farm around 900k sp .. and how long it takes depends on your plvler / prem / bot / fast kill

you maximize all ur skills while lvling.. n lvl from 16~18 or 26~28 depends on which lvl did you farm.. to 90 in a month.. with 0 gap.. which is super fast.. n you enjoy the lvling... coz if ur lvling with non maximized skills.. it'll take forever.. n you won't enjoy it.. n only pro's have 1m sp's.. noobs don't...
