  • This is great. I can see this working so awesomely to age a map. Instant pirate map!

  • @wlscsms Great idea! I never thought to age a map with one of these techniques. I've always used strong tea or coffee for maps or single pages of paper... Ideas.

  • @Garneteve they are great and full of ink perfect for all sorts of techniques

  • I LOVE THOSE ideas... I can't wait to get a chance to journal some. I've been so caught up in other stuff and I'm starting to have withdrawals. LOL

I like your videos! I especially like the music in this one.I'm glad for you to see that you seem more comfortable in front of a camera.

Don't give up your doing a great (and beautiful) job.

  • I love working with Tim Holtz / Ranger products.

Thanks for showing the difference techniques - I love working with the grittier, darker colors too.

  • ranger makes a great line of products, a great value for your money. even my stuff with bright colors tends to be left of center and slightly dark. I'm not known for whimsy or cute. :)

  • Nice techniques! I like the ink pad the best. Have you tried changing the font size so that your movie maker won't cut off the "M"? I've had to do that with mine before.

  • thanks! I'm a fan of the acrylic. But the nest technique is to mix the 4 media!

I've resized the stupid font it just always cuts it off. Oh Well!

  • Just went to your website - it's awesome !! another great vid - your one of my art journaling gurus lol :+) Im gonna have a whole day of watching your videos and having a go at those great techniques

  • Put up a video I'd love to see what you do with these techniques!

  • Love your videos..please keep them coming...mucho appreciated :)) plse explain the use of the spray bottle.. i am sooo stuupid i know..does it make using H2O pencils easier to blend..doh! cringe even asking this.. ('',)

  • I'll keep the videos coming for as long as I'm able. I use the spray bottle to wet the page rather than dip my brush into dirty water. by letting it sit on the water color crayons and pencils it does soften them a lot. And remember there are no stupid questions.

  • Like your colors...soft and warms

  • @arieloflight thanks!

  • AWESOME! Then hit those with some spatter or spray inks! Gorgeous and fun!

  • @TheArtisticBiker YES! These pages are justa astart, inks, more paint etc... will make them finished!

  • Wow! your videos have so much valuable information and are also enjoyable to watch. Thanks.

  • @zolawinnie Thanks! I'll be making more!

  • Yup, love it. Think the acrylics and ink work the best.

  • @EvelineUK I agree. The great thing about the watercolor crayons is that they stain white paint really well. AND if you want to you can brush on some matter medium and get a really great effect. I like the stamp pad a lot though. I picked up the idea to use a brush with the stamp pads from Rice Freeman-Zachery's YT video, which I can't find right now...

  • cool techniques hun. Thanks for sharing.Hugs~

  • @SHEWHOWANDERS I'll be keeping them coming for as long as I can
