  • I wanted to know is this filling thick enough to hold and shape with a spatula? Whenever I make my own i notice that the frosting starts to melt? Is that due to the lack of icing or is it the cheese. I need the frosting be nice and firm so that I can shape it without piping and at the same time not losing the taste. How do I do that please?
