Overseers are useful as they can detect cloaked units and also they can use this ability(forgot what it's called) to temporarily disable a building from functioning which can be very good if your opponant needs to reinforce to stay in the game and you deny him that...

Zerg just takes WAY too much skill more than the other races. I'm in gold. I watch the replays of the games I lose and I see that my APM is 80-90 while his is below 40. I also see his understanding of the game is inferior to mine. Most opponents hardly scout me, and have inferior game sense to mine. Protoss emphasize on micro, since lings basically rape every Protoss unit besides Zealots (Collosus will die really fast if left unprotected), Corruptors kill Collosus too easily, Void Rays suck until they're fully charged, and Roach/Hydra rips through gateway units. Zerg is only difficult if you are unable to adapt quickly enough.
