@Georgeyguymanperson Problem was that the exile is the only one that could kill Nihilus. Revan was powerful, but Nihilus absorbed power. You can have the biggest star in the galaxy, but a blackhole will still consume it. The exile was a blackhole as well, so essentially, it was more of a physical confrontation, and the weakened Nihilus was no match.
Darth Revan was an extremely powerful sith he knew things that the jedi or sith had not known in over thousands of years. So to keep this short if your going to compare Nihilus to a bottomless pitt or a black hole then you would also have to reason that Revan is like and endless ocean. While Nihilus is draining his force Revan could easily kill him before he is dead.
@snakezone15 Maybe not in a one on one duel. It would be at least be an even match. But as a sith lord Revan is a tactical and strategic genius. It would never come down to a duel. Also Galen is pretty much a pawn to other sith lords.

I beat the first game nearly 3 and a half times (first time was halfway, made it to kashyyyk, then the disc broke, then the 2nd time I switched to the PC version, and made it to the temple on the Star Forge planet, then my computer kinda broke on me, then After I got it fixed, I beat it twice), and now I finally got the 2nd game, and I can't wait to beat it!!!

People are forgetting that Nihilus' power is also his weakness. Revan discovered Sith techniques that most dark lords never bothered to learn (sources: KotOR, KotOR II, Darth Bane novel) and so it's possible he would know how to combat Nihilus' abilities. And Nihilus becomes weaker the more he uses his power. He's dependant on it to survive. And if he can't constantly feed, his energy will not only deplete, he will die. It's a more even fight than anything else. Both are very strong.

@dragonballz591 Yeah I heard about that. I'm very interested in discovering what happened to Revan. I just hope it's not stupid. He's a great character and he has one of the most iconic stories. I don't want him includedin the story out of desperation to connect the MMO to the original game. I want it to be a worthwhile story. Not an afterthought if you know what I mean. We'll find out soon enough I suppose.

But you'd admit that Nihilus is kind of like an animal, he only feeds and fights. He never plans. But Revan is ALOT smarter, and he does not need to feed off of other people JUST to survive. If it was a short fight...they would be equal or Nihilus would win. But if it was a longer fight...Revan would win hands down.
@yarealpoof Youre almost correct, Nihilus becomes weaker the more he uses his power if he doesnt get anything of it, that is if you mean his draining powers, he couldnt drain the exile because the exile was the same as he is therefore he exhausted himself and got much weaker, but if he uses his powers on Revan, its instant KO, as much as I like Darth Revan, The thing is there is no force user in star wars history that can beat Nihilus, well, except for the ancient sith, thats still up for debate
@MICHAELSSJ4 There's nothing to suggest that no Force user in the entire timeline can defeat him. For example, there are rituals and techniques of concealment meant to hide one's Force sensitivity. That may prove problematic for him. If one focuses their Force energy inward and increases their defenses while maintaining a strong offensive saber stance, Nihilus may be vulnerable. I think the Exile was simply the best person for the job, but not the only one who could have succeeded.
@yarealpoof Focus the force energy inward? no thats not possible, either you have the force withing you or you dont, if you have it he will drain you, if you dont he will just kill you, also the exile wasnt good at anything(so to speak), he was a wound in the force, he was another black hole just like Nihilus, thats why he couldnt be drained. And concealement doesnt help, Nihilus doesnt need to know youre there to drain you, he's draining everything in proximity to him, he's not focusing on it.
@MICHAELSSJ4 I meant concealing your energy from others. It IS possible to do this. Otherwise, the Jedi would have found out Palpatine early on. Nihilus couldn't feel Atris on Telos could he? Nihilus DOES utilize his Force Sever/Force Drain abilities voluntarily. I doubt whether he can perform these acts casually as otherwise, he need not have engaged the likes of Madalore or Visas (non "wounds" in the Force) in melee combat. He's not all powerful, just extremely dangerous.
@yarealpoof No man, what I meant was, that you can hide all you want, but if youre near him, youre still gonna get slowly drained, and yes he does do it involuntarily, just not at a instant kill level, its a slow death, like for all his subordonates on his ship. But for him to use the full power of his abilities he does indeed do it voluntairily. Also, I didnt get the last bit about Visas and Mandalore, are you trying to tell me that they can beat Nihilus?

I think the poster of this vid was using modified items or tricked out gear that you can't actually get unless you download it from a god-items weapon mod or something. there's no way anyone can go unscathed like that in this battle and do that much damage so quickly to nihilus

@TheAwesomeDarkNinja Malak is BELOW Traya and Sion. Sion can keep coming back from death and wear him down and Traya can just manipulate Malak into revealing his weakness. And Nihilus is not in the same league as Revan. Revan is MUCH smarter. He probably would've beaten him easier than the Exile did.

Actually Starkiller has been considered to be the most overpowered force user, however, EU Luke skywalker Is as powerful as Starkiller (Destroy black holes powerful), and even then Exar kun still kicked luke's ass

He might of been able to fend of the Jedi if Malak hadn't intervened. But not only did he defeat the mandalorians, he also earned there respect for their fear of him. He did that when the republic was about to fail and be overthrown by the Mando'ade and he took the army and made it strong and outsmarted the mandos

Because he is a fool who dosen't realise the True Sith. Not even Master Vandarr realised, only Revan. And the (Possibly) Infinite Empire. Revan had to save everyone from them, the quickest route was conquering the galaxy, but he originally planned to become the vanguard of the True Sith. Afterwards he left to defeat the True Sith Emperor.
Yeah, seeing as Revan was 10x more powerful than Kreia, who Nihilius had to train from, and envied Revan's millitary genius (as said by Mandalore.) he'd have slaughtered him. I still hate the fact that the Republic has some Mass Shadow Generator.
That's against the Jedi Code, so it's just a fucked up plot. And Nihilius couldn't die, you can't "Kill" his mask, and his lifeforce was within it. He's simply unkillable. but for game endings, he was killable. Unfortuantely.

See, now that you are willing to debate like a man I will be happy to give an honest counter point. I agree that Nihilus's power did control him to an extent. However, he did have some control over it; he didn’t kill everyone aboard his ship, or Traya, or Sion when given the chance. That, along with the fact that Revan was in the unknown regions at the time, he wouldn’t know of Nihilus’s power. Therefore, if they were to meet and fight, Nihilus would catch him by surprise.

We was just a Jedi who went to war, you may say that he gained so much skills and power over the course of Kotor2 , but so did Revan(Kotor 1) ! Revan is perfectly capable of killing Nihilus 1 on 1.
Technically yes, the exile served under Revan at one point. But also, so did Nihilus before the Mass Shadow Generator incident. They also are existent only due to Extended Universe. The exile only was able to defeat Nihilus due to being a wound in the force like him. It’s like 2 like poles of a magnet trying to connect, there is resistance and that’s what wounded him. People are forgetting that Nihilus' power is also his weakness. Revan discovered Sith techniques that most dark lords never bothered to learn (sources: KotOR, KotOR II, Darth Bane novel) and so it's possible he would know how to combat Nihilus' abilities. And Nihilus becomes weaker the more he uses his power. He's dependant on it to survive. And if he can't constantly feed, his energy will not only deplete, he will die. It's a more even fight than anything else. Both are very strong.

@dragonballz591 Yeah I heard about that. I'm very interested in discovering what happened to Revan. I just hope it's not stupid. He's a great character and he has one of the most iconic stories. I don't want him includedin the story out of desperation to connect the MMO to the original game. I want it to be a worthwhile story. Not an afterthought if you know what I mean. @TheJoeyfisco True, I am a Revan fan...but I also admit that Revan and Nihilus are equal in strength. Well...I think Nihilus would be a BIT stronger. But you'd admit that Nihilus is kind of like an animal, he only feeds and fights. He never plans. But Revan is ALOT smarter, and he does not need to feed off of other people JUST to survive. If it was a short fight...they would be equal or Nihilus would win. But if it was a longer fight...Revan would win hands down.

@yarealpoof Youre almost correct, Nihilus becomes weaker the more he uses his power if he doesnt get anything of it, that is if you mean his draining powers, he couldnt drain the exile because the exile was the same as he is therefore he exhausted himself and got much weaker, but if he uses his powers on Revan, its instant KO, as much as I like Darth Revan, The thing is there is no force user in star wars history that can beat Nihilus, well, except for the ancient sith, thats still up for debate

@MICHAELSSJ4 There's nothing to suggest that no Force user in the entire timeline can defeat him. For example, there are rituals and techniques of concealment meant to hide one's Force sensitivity. That may prove problematic for him. If one focuses their Force energy inward and increases their defenses while maintaining a strong offensive saber stance, Nihilus may be vulnerable. I think the Exile was simply the best person for the job, but not the only one who could have succeeded.

@yarealpoof Focus the force energy inward? no thats not possible, either you have the force withing you or you dont, if you have it he will drain you, if you dont he will just kill you, also the exile wasnt good at anything(so to speak), he was a wound in the force, he was another black hole just like Nihilus, thats why he couldnt be drained. And concealement doesnt help, Nihilus doesnt need to know youre there to drain you, he's draining everything in proximity to him, he's not focusing on it.

@MICHAELSSJ4 I meant concealing your energy from others. It IS possible to do this. Otherwise, the Jedi would have found out Palpatine early on. Nihilus couldn't feel Atris on Telos could he? Nihilus DOES utilize his Force Sever/Force Drain abilities voluntarily. I doubt whether he can perform these acts casually as otherwise, he need not have engaged the likes of Madalore or Visas (non "wounds" in the Force) in melee combat. He's not all powerful, just extremely dangerous.

@yarealpoof No man, what I meant was, that you can hide all you want, but if youre near him, youre still gonna get slowly drained, and yes he does do it involuntarily, just not at a instant kill level, its a slow death, like for all his subordonates on his ship. But for him to use the full power of his abilities he does indeed do it voluntairily. Also, I didnt get the last bit about Visas and Mandalore, are you trying to tell me that they can beat Nihilus?

Yeah, seeing as Revan was 10x more powerful than Kreia, who Nihilius had to train from, and envied Revan's millitary genius (as said by Mandalore.) he'd have slaughtered him. I still hate the fact that the Republic has some Mass Shadow Generator.
That's against the Jedi Code, so it's just a fucked up plot. And Nihilius couldn't die, you can't "Kill" his mask, and his lifeforce was within it. He's simply unkillable. but for game endings, he was killable. Unfortuantely.

See, now that you are willing to debate like a man I will be happy to give an honest counter point. I agree that Nihilus's power did control him to an extent. However, he did have some control over it; he didn’t kill everyone aboard his ship, or Traya, or Sion when given the chance. That, along with the fact that Revan was in the unknown regions at the time, he wouldn’t know of Nihilus’s power. Therefore, if they were to meet and fight, Nihilus would catch him by surprise.

We was just a Jedi who went to war, you may say that he gained so much skills and power over the course of Kotor2 , but so did Revan(Kotor 1) ! Revan is perfectly capable of killing Nihilus 1 on 1.

Technically yes, the exile served under Revan at one point. But also, so did Nihilus before the Mass Shadow Generator incident. They also are existent only due to Extended Universe. The exile only was able to defeat Nihilus due to being a wound in the force like him. It’s like 2 like poles of a magnet trying to connect, there is resistance and that’s what wounded him. It's also unlikely that Revan would know of Vises. (Continued)

Due to Revan’s strength and the close year timeline between the two games it’s unlikely that Nihilus just stumbled upon his body. It’s more believable that he killed him. That’s what the game designers intended and wanted in the first place.

That, "he will never lose" mentality. @codafett Ah, well not really. It just shows the game designers wanted to move on from the whole Revan thing. Albeit is a bit more graphic, at least it’s better than the movies where the most violent thing you get is Luke/Vaders hands getting cut off.

Deal with it on your own, tell people that judge you on that off, but don’t go on the internet to a random YouTube video with a Star Wars theme to tell off a person you don’t even know to sedate your little pet peeve. If you had a problem in the first place you could have sent me a personal message but you didn’t, you came in here yapping away about stupid shit. So, if you continue the yipping, I will continue the canine references. Like I stated before, if you have a silly little pet peeve deal with it on your own, dont go onto YouTube videos to state your claim to people you don’t even know, that doesnt solve anything.
