@scizor000 Well that's um, well...I don't really know how to respond to that. I live in Bristol Tn, and have all my life. Birthplace of Country Music, Bristol Motor Speedway, and Morrell Music
can never seem to find someone demoing fenders with a seriously dirty tone, its always clean tones and pentatonic solos which is anoing cause they can do so much more
LOVE this guitar.....I must say..."live" it looks WAY nicer than it appears here in this video. Unfortunately, for some reason, Youtube has seemingly fuzzed up this otherwise fine vid!! This guitar is a joy to play and feels fabulous... especially when I've just switched from my "God it weighs a ton" killer Jeff Beck Strat! THIS guitar is SO much lighter and comfortable when standing for long periods. One of the best purchases I've made!! Thanks an fine video!! Thumbs UP ~Kennedi King (KK)

@ellonysman Hahahaha....hey!!!! Nice comment you left here Rick!! THAT is very very kind. I guess you know I closed down that "kingdominium" channel but I'm back here for another go round under my new KingHopeMusic channel!! Once again....very kind and thanks!! ~KK
The best sound from this model is from Kennidi King or also known as Kingdomonium, or is it Kingdominion....? You wont regret hearing him play his....
a fender telecaster will pull off zeppelin, the beatles, and the clash easy. For the sex pistols you'd probably need a Les Paul. For the best early beatles sound stuff like 'help' you'd want a rickenbacker. If you want later beatles (white album, abbey road, sgt pepper) you'd want an epiphone casino. I'd say look into the les paul jnr, they can sound like the beatles as they have the same pickup as the casino, they are excellent for pistols / clash style punk, and could do led zeppelin.
@snsttb. You can never go wrong with a good tele. Although I prefer les pauls, for the cost nothing will ever sound as good or cover as much ground as a telecaster.
Yes man ! Go for that tele !! Trust me ! It's exellent for punk , led zep out of that hot bridge pickup and it will pull of easily some beatles ! Will
most definately. jimmy page played a telecaster on most zep albums(not so much live) and that mini humbucker is so warm and buttery, and the bridge pickup is bright and loud and mean.
I bought this guitar new when they first came out. The price has gone up about $600.00. I saw one new in the store the other day and it just didn't feel the same. I think you need to give it some time to let the wood and the finish settle. I think you will find this is the perfect Telecaster.
Yes, this is the best production guitar Fender makes. Crank this guitar through a bassman with nothing else and tell me if you think it could work for punk.
For punkrock, you're better off with something else, especially in the bridge. This guitar is best for country, alternative rock, jazz & indie in my opinion.
ive heard better demos of this guitar and played one through a dr z stang ray. i like this guitar but im one of those rather have it custom built from the ground up guys. pickups and everthing i want. little more money but its worth it.
I own the 52 hotrod telecaster as well as a Dr Z stangray. I've been tempted a few times to sell it after buying my Custom Shop Nocaster but the hotrod sounds better through the Stangray. Where as my Custom Shop Nocaster sounds much better than the hotrod through my Victoriilux.
THAT IS MY DREAM GUITAR! I saw a Stones Tribute Band Concert recently and the rythym guitarist was playing one and it is about 10000000x better looking in real life! I almost fell down on my knees when i saw it. Truly a peice of art
does this guitar worth the money?? What its difference with the classic, standard and deluxe teles ? and what you'll choose among them?? I'm waiting replies from everyone who knows and wants to help me....

This demo does not do the guitar justice. You can get some awesome distortion out of the neck pup.

I played one of these once. It sounded great but it had a really bad satin finish on the neck.

@MorrellMusic Hey i live in TN, and i can definatly tell that you don't naturally have a southern accent, but nevertheless, good vid.

I' m thinking about buying it, but I whonder if it's suitable for modern rock styles. Like: Punkrock, emorock e.t.c.
Does anyone have an idea if it is suitable or not?

people always tell me that a tele is twangier than a strat. y is this? is it to do with the bridge plate or summit?
tcrangle963 3 years ago
wood and pickups. the bridge pickup has a metal plate on his bottom that helps getting twangier. and also internal pickup constuction is different.
if you are interested in this you should try getting jason lollar's book, but it is extremely difficult to find and i won't sell mine :p
