  • woww...intense!!! thanks man

  • As you mentioned mountain bikers, I thought I would mention that also my wrists really hurt when bike riding, to the point of my wrists going red in the sore spots, again could this be to do with poor core strength weakness? I am also working on my neck and shoulder pain, teaching myself to keep my head upright ontop of my spine, rather than slouching forward and putting strain on my neck muscles. Sorry for all the questions, but you seemed like someone who might be able to help me!

  • Hi Drew, thank you for your video giving me another hip flexor stretch I can try(there dont seem to be many ways to do this) anyway, I recently started pilates to increase my core strength and try to fix my anterior pelvic tilt to help my sore lower back, my question is about my wrists whenever I do downward dog pose my wrists really hurt, I dont know if that is because my core strength is not yet strong(only started pilates 1 week ago) or that my wrists wont ever like it, What do you think?

  • Thanks very much. Shall give it a go.
