Eleanor is a beautiful car and kit. I believe any car enthusiast can appreciate the Eleanor stylings. I personally loved it when it was released in 2000, and still do to this day. @partywithbonscott I actually think the notch-back coupe Mustang looks way better than the crapback. The fast back looks like a big roach. The only year the fastback looks good is on a 1969 or a 1970 mach 1 design. All earlier years look really nice as coupes.

Shelby America actually used a number of hardtops in Trans-Am racing in 1966/67 and 68. If the got Shelby Win-numbers i dont know, and the were only racecars and not for road use.

Eleanor was a custom build for Gone In 60 secs. It was based on a Shelby GT350 Fastback Mustang.
Shelby made Coupes that were called California Coupes. They were simialr to the Shelby GT350 only based on a coupe.

that is a 1967 shelby gt-500 coupe. they didnt just make fastbacks, they made convertables, targas,coupes and fastbacks, that was probably stoke and just had headers opened. do a little research before you on it.
