Awesome video. Watching it made me want to try growing tulips too! However, because tulips have to go through a chilling period of 10-12 weeks for them to bloom in Spring, I was stumped since I had not bought nor planted them in Fall.
Most bulb stores showed Out of Stock signs. I found one online Etsy shop that sells pre-chilled bulbs: Botanicalart.etsy.com.
They have an excellent collection of pre-chilled tulip bulbs which can be planted now in March and still produce blooms in Spring..
I've planted them for 4 months and they all remained the same till today so i decided to try your method,hore it worksas its still pretty cold during january
This is not forcing, amaryllis and paperwhites do not need a cool period to flower, they are prepared by the coompany, you do not need to force them as in put them in a cold frame!
