Haha, no I should hope not. It is cut in 2 - 3 passes to achieve the finest cut and the tightest fit possible. It also prevents any chatter and damage to router bits.
The reason I only show 1 pass on the video is to cut down on video length. :)
In this video I am using 3M brand 80 grit glass paper to smooth off any debris left from the carving. Work up in grit from 60 - 80 up to around 240 - 320 or whatever is recommended the finish you will be using.
bet it feels good to work with 'wood' ah grey!

What brand and grit of sand paper are you using. just wandering because Im about to build my self a custom guitar and that seems to get the job done.
