It's on there as part of the DVD, but the thing is, is that all tracks on the main CD have top be top 40 before being considered for inclusion. Sadly, this only made number 41, but I think it still would not have been on there as the lowest-placed single on there is "Suffocate" which made 37.

@MarcusBowen Comfort In Sound didn't make the top 40, wasn't it a limited release, and it made the CD... so they made an exception there. Plus there were other songs which were higher than Suffocate, like Find The Colour which didn't make the CD either. Was probably up to the band's or whoever's choosing.

@Phantom2502 It was a 3,000 limited CD on the arena tour and a download from Feederweb after a limited lime. It was top 40 on the airplay chart though.
