And the original PSP didn't even have the greatest games out there. I hardly played mine, the games didn't appeal to me. The 3DS is gonna be at least $100 cheaper than the PSP2 and people still complain about the 3DS being $250, how much more are people gonna complain when they find out the PSP2 is $400.

@ilikeittoeat4545 I think one of the reasons the DS did better is because the PSP had flaws. PSP2 is near perfect, its what gamers asked for. Nintendo needs to bring in new characters because at the moment they are milking their own and the people that buy them. PSP2 will probably be $350-400. But people will still buy it, just like people bought the hideously overpriced PS3. I am sick and tired of casual games, the iPhone and Android do better games than the DS for a few pounds.

A lot of the DS' fanbase are casual gamers and they will most likely continue on to the 3DS. When casual gamers see the PSP2's price they will not want to buy it. It won't matter if it has all the wonderful special things, it's expensive. You're sick and tired of "casual" games. Doesn't mean everyone else is too.
