  • oooooh that sucks!!

  • Aw man, I just moved from LA to North Carolina a couple weeks ago.... East Coast=no wild fires!! I'm just glad your houses are ok. I was actually getting my nails done when I saw it on the news...

  • My grandpa lives in this same area.

A ton of my friends, and my grandpa all were evacuated.

It was my 16th birthday this past weekend.

Not the best day for a birthday I guess?

Keep everyone in your prayers, we definitely could use them.

  • I had to be evacuated from the fires a while back. I come home from school and see flames in the canyon next to my street, freak out, and then pack my stuff. The top things I thought to bring:

    Laptop

    Paper Towns

    Harry Potter wand

And that is me in a nutshell.

  • I love the picture of your house so life like so pretty. Glad to know your okay!

  • i love the high reso picture of your house, it's pretty cute.

  • wow, thank God you're alright.. Man that sucks though for the people whose houses were damaged.

and yes, mmmmm... Pizza.. a great way to celebrate lol

  • Glad you are ok and that your house is as well!

You're one of the lucky ones...

  • Hmmm ... Canada is in need of some good ol' natural disasters. Get the blood flowing a bit.

  • Careful what you wish for...

  • :D

yay for your house not burning down

  • when i saw this on the news i thought.... wait a minute!!! Chino Hills???? Thats where Michael Aranda lives!!! Apparently i had thought too loud and my parents turned around with a wtf expression on their faces. well im just glad your alive if my favorite youtuber would have died i would have to.

  • Do your parents love me?

  • Glad you're alright! Way to be awesome and go towards the fire instead of away from it.

  • cool footage

  • Oboy. My cousin's fiance lives in Chino Hills, too.

  • lmfao so funny.

  • Wow :) At least your still ok. :)

Plus.. Is anyone else REALLY annoyed with the Adverts ??

    UGH ;l

(the ones that youtube do ON the film ;l )

  • hey!

my house looks exactly like yours!

    :O

  • Well that's weird...

  • logic dictates you go towards large bush fires

    there might be beer!

  • I love how its like -fire truck- -fire tuck- -fire truck- -CBS NEWS VAN!- -fire truck-

  • I am glad that you and your family are ok. I feel so bad for the ones who weren't so fortunate.

  • you really seem calm and kinda hungry

  • Its sad that the fires burnt down many homes.

  • AH! FIRE!

  • OH, fire. o_0

  • Who doesn't celebrate by eating pizza?

  • Wooo I would be way to nervous to live there..

  • : D

  • xD love the picture of your house. A celebration wouldn't be a celebration without pizza! What toppings?!

  • Best damn current events report ever.

    Most definately.

  • hot damn that place's on fire !

    god bless everyone there

    hope youre good (:

p.s. were those GREEN fire trucks ?!

  • They were green, indeed. I'm not sure why. I'll see what I can find out.

  • It was a pretty big fire. I'm out in Lomita. Like 2 hours away and even my house had ash on it. LOTS of it. Glad you're okay. :) Now you can supply YouTube with lots more entertainment. :D

  • i thought you guys go into winter now... why the busfires?

  • Maybe Al Gore was right...

  • OMG, fires! ..I was basically surrounded with one in the Valley, one up north in Montecito and the one by you. But I only experienced ash and the lovely smell of a camp fire.

  • ps- I love how you make light of the situation, too. Gotta love fire season. Makes the news go apeshit. "OMGZ RATINGS!!"

  • I'm glad you're okay and I hope everyone else is too.

How many times a week do you eat pizza?

  • Must be a gazillion, given how often he talks about it.

  • I wish I could hook myself up to a pizza IV.

  • Then you wouldn't be able to enjoy the amazing taste of pizza. Unless the some how made it so you could taste the pizza as it entered your veins.

  • Pizza General is now open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

  • Silly geographical placement of California!

    Its snowing here. :]

  • im glad your house is still intact but it kinda looks like the roof is falling off in that photo so you might want to get that looked at :P

    lets go toward the fire!

  • Good to hear that your house is ok. I was talking to my parents on Sunday and they sent me pictures of the fire burning on the hill a few streets behind my house. Kinda scary.

  • Good thing that damn pesky fire was no match for Chino Hills' resident firefighters! Hooray for water!

  • I'm glad I wasn't there during the evacuation.

    I can't handle huge crowds.

  • *hug* it's okay. *strokes your hair* it's fine. Shhhhh. They've gone home now. All the big scary people have gone home.

    *holds*

  • o_0

  • My thoughts exactly.

  • ^___^

    he's my facebook boyfriend!

  • All of So Cali is on fire.. kind of scary..

But wow, you where pretty close.. and isn't that where the earthquake was this summer?

But it's good your house wasn't burnt down. I have no clue what I would do if that happened to me.

  • Yeah, same place at that earthquake. We've got all the excitement going on here!

  • I hope you're not asleep during the next fire...

    :\

  • Good thing I just replaced the batteries in the smoke detectors! :D

  • Wow. Thanks for the close-up view of the fires. We don't see anything like that in the news coverage of the fires here in Boston. Your video made the fires more real. Good job (and good humor).

  • Hmmm... There's been a lot of back burning where I live but this makes that look pretty trivial.

  • CA has 1.5 billion dollars for emergencies like this

  • Are you kidding? California's got zero dollars at the moment, thank to the excellent money-management skills of our fine state politicians.

  • D=

At least everything is okay. =)

  • well im glad youre alright! hope the rest of your friends and family are as well

(ps this was on thursday night)

and now i can properly stlk you with that high res image of your house ;]

  • Oh noes! Don't stalk me! Ahhhh!

  • too late my friend too late

  • Where in Chino Hills was this? By the state park?

  • Yeah. My house is butted up against the State Park.

  • Prime real estate, that is.

We could smell the burning cow dung all the way up here. Along with smoke, of course.

  • Man, that sucks. Glad you're ok though.

Is so weird. It snowed for the majority of the day here. But there, you've got fire. The earth is too big. Too much stuff in it.

  • i have had to evacuate...not fun. we had a lot of time though. (well not A LOT but enough to get everything we needed)

  • Well I'm glad you're safe and your house is okay.

  • i knew it! i didn't know you

    lived in cali?

  • I do, indeed. I have since I was a clump of cells floating around inside my mother.

  • niice. so have I!

  • mmmmmm

  • i'm glad your house didn't burn down.

  • eekkk.... hope everything is okay. I have always had fires near my neighborhood, but never that close. Glad you could celebrate with pizza

  • lol. looked like they were

    beating someone at 1:46

    where's the chino hills at?

  • They were beating Fred.

Chino Hills is about 45 minutes South-East of L.A.

  • My friend lives in Chino... I wondered how this was for her.

  • I had fires RIGHT near my house also (in Santa Clarita).

  • First.

  • haha, you should feel accomplished
