  • Amen to that! Thank you for exposing the media for their notorious and erroneous fluff! MJ dying of exercise?!? LOL!!! The man danced his ass off, with moves that looked like a pretty intense cardio exercise, but he's done it since he was a kid so I'm pretty sure he was conditioned to withstand that and then some. Drugs, botched plastic surgeries is more likely the cause of death here...

  • Dude, that's harsh. But I welcome all opinions here. Thanks.

  • Very interesting (and useful) information - I've been doing it all wrong.......!

  • yeah i heard all that and it does make sense but i do wonder in terms of when someone is completely not used to exercise and has no stamina, then they would obviously have to take it slowly. like for example i feel that my threshold is quite low and when i run, i then need to walk for a bit because otherwise i get too dizzy. so i alternate.

  • He was and jet is our hearth!

Saint Michael is only one LIVE SAINT IN OTHODOX. He was arhistrateg-general of God angels. Enought!

He dance, not exercise and dance like tai-chi what not touch hearth! Dr Mila Vidin

  • Someone delete my answer! Michael had skin cancer or lupus skin. He transplant skin and it is enought. He is in Ginis for number of donation-90. He do not make klasik exercises

but streching-something like tai-chi! In these type of exercises noone can have hearth atak, Other problem is that he drink 8 different pilules for pain and other. Anyhow he is our hearth. When he song with 5 years i like to call UNICEF FOR SAFE CHILDREN. He

  • i DIGH THIS!! thanks For SMOKING THE MEDIA! hahahah cant get more corrupt and FDA approved than that... Exercise KILLS YOUU!

  • Thanks TheBearHHH!

  • Research into astronaut exercise regimes which they need to counter muscle and bone atrophy from long-term exposure to zero-gravity environments has shown that a SINGLE bout of HIGH INTENSITY exercise can *completely* undo all cardiovascular and muscular changes as a result of zero-gravity exposure, with the benefits lasting for around up to 10 days! Even NASAs proven it correct!

  • Yeah, I remember reading that - and it's pretty amazing considering the enormous strain on the body in zero-G. Thanks for posting!

  • Thanks Jon! Another great informative video! I am glad that you have the guts (not to use another word for those that have sensitive ears/eyes) to come out with the truth and evidence! That is utter nonsense and downright dangerous on the medias part to be publishing or saying such nonsense without really knowing what they are talking about! And for what headlines! BS!! I strongly urge people do your own research! Don't take media's word for anything as important as your health! Thanks Jon!

  • Indeed! Thanks for the feedback Marylin.

  • Heyy Jon

i have been doing ur 7minute programme

and i decided to do a 10 minute cardio to it.

Is thes god to do every day? Would u have any other cardio routine that is better then just 10 flat out cardio??

    Thanks, Johan

  • Hi Johan,

You 'can', but it's not necessary if you're referring to the GXP protocol I recommend. More is not better. But moderate cardio can definitely help (i.e. brisk walking, etc.) to burn fat on a daily basis. Thanks!

  • go to his channel, itll say there i think

  • Thanks ElzieLulu448!

  • I train all over... don't own a gym.

  • School, guesswork, study... the usual suspects.

  • No, just a nutritionist... we battle doctors. ;)

  • lol I love that answer!

  • Yep... hard to believe isn't it?

  • dude, awesome, sure makes alot more sense then, what that MSNBC report said, maybe they should consider a name change, to NBSBC, standing for National Bull Shit Broadcasting Corporation, eh mate?

  • No kidding, MI6CORPORAL. Scary what they'll go for when it comes to MJ.

  • I know, its just so stupid, now, I think MSNBC should have atleast shown both sides or just say they screwed up, but no, we have to force it down their throats before anybody says " I'm sorry, I screwed up." you know its just so stupid, and youtube won't let me post more of this rant, so I guess I'll figure something out.

  • Thanks for giving the truth about this issue.

  • AWESOME VIDEO JON! Thanks for clearing things up about MJ. I do short intense workouts and make gains all the time, so yes, it works!

    Sean

  • I totally agree with you but I am almost 60 , female and I just can´t DO one push-up or alot of those exercises that you show in your videos. Would I be able to do this program if I can´t do more than two mountain climbers and those kind of exercises..... AF What I am asking is can a woman at 60 do your 7´minute exercise program????

  • You bet. I have a 77-year-old making great progress. However, you'd want to start with the in-home workout. That book isn't out officially yet -- but if you get the original book and then PM me here, I'll send it to you free. Also, 7MM includes a super-beginner's workout. You can do this!

  • cna you make one just for like upper body workouts, cause I already got the lower body all toned and stuff, and my arms can't lift much, and I would love to change that

  • I taught a woman of 58 who had just had spinal surgery for stenosis who literally could do nothing but sit.

Within 6 months she was doing 2x90 minute workouts a week (she enjoyed it - got her out of the house). She started pushups off the wall, then off a bench, then on her knees then for real. So yes I am sure you could do the 7 minute workout assuming you are normally healthy. All exercise has a progression that starts real easy. By the way she lives in England, I live in Australia.

  • This does make sense, yes, but I am confused about one thing (only one??)

You say in the vid to go and read your page and that "the page is below" or "the pages below" (?), or, you say, follow the link in the info.

I don't understand where the page "below" might be so I followed the link and it leads directly to the bank page payment screen. i.e. "Address here, credit card here".

But yes, from everything I've learned recently (I'm studying nutrition), what you're saying makes sense.

  • Hi queenastilion... ah, YouTube. What are you going to do... ; )

The "page below" is because I use this video on my other websites. But I do put up the website in the video -- it's just 7minutemuscle [ d o t ] com. That's the page to read.

You can always come back here to get the half price special if you want it, or just read more on that page. Thanks!

  • Thanks a TON, Jon... tell me.. your 7 minute muscle.... can a "morbidly obese" individual use your process and can this person also complete the routine at home, with free weights (verses having a gym membership)? THANKS AGAIN :)

  • Hi crystaltsula -- to answer your question simply, yes. In fact I believe it would be far easier to do. The best way to start would be the In-Home version of the program, however. It's less intense. The book is not out yet, but if you get 7MM just send me a PM here on YouTube and I'll send you a copy of it. The workouts are totally finished. : )

  • thanks, jon, for sharing this info. lol.

just goes to show the media won't let facts stand in their way of getting their message out.

i'm 63, and i workout regularly. the truth is way different than what most people think. way to go, jon!

  • Thanks daveo0099! Yep... the truth is out there, as The X Files say...

  • hmmm, the "x files of fitness"...u might have something there, jon...

  • Thanks for telling people the truth. The sad part is...the people that really need this video will never see it. They are the ones looking for a reason to justify why they do not work out now. People are always looking for an easy way out. Short workouts or not, it would still require commitment!

  • Seoca1, that's why I ask people to forward the URL for this video to everyone they think would benefit.

Just copy the link from the side bar on the right. Thanks for helping me spread this around. : )

  • Already done! You are welcome!

  • Wow, this shows the media will do anything to drag things out and get ratings, give me a break. I think common sense would tell anyone that Michaels workout routine wasnt the issue here, lets face it, he was probably pretty fragile mentally and the pressure of his huge financial problems and his upcoming tour may have been stressing him out too much, there is no doubt in my mind he took too many painkillers along with other factors and his heart stopped. I wasnt a fan but 50 is way too young.

  • Agreed vcc1965. Way too young. And btw, I was producing this video (the animation was actually done for me, so it took days longer than usual) before his former manager chimed in with "exactly" what this video predicted... ; ) Anyway, it was pretty much common sense.

But the leap to exercising too hard... well, that had to be nixed.

  • Im surprised no one mentions anorexia as a possible contributing factor to MJs death.

  • Agreed, notycity. An excellent point, and one I wish I would have thought of to mention. Thanks.

  • Excellent reporting Jon!

I am 52 years old and starting weight training 4 years ago at the weight of 300 lbs. Today I am at 150 lbs and continue to live the life style changes that got me to this healthy place. No more meds..lots of good food and the proper supplements keep the doctors amazed! Keep up the good work, Jon!

  • Way to go donnaalto! Keep us posted.

  • I sent this link stright to my parents-in-law in case they hear the lies and believe them! Mom-in-law trains regularly and I'd hate to see her stop because of this quack; I don't want them to be "on our backs" about how exercise is bad for us either :) they already believe we drink too much water and that's "bad" too!

Great videos Jon, keep 'em coming!

  • Thanks Sarah!

  • That is a great video, Jon! I am really glad you do such a good job in dispelling myths about strenuous exercise! I love your 7 minute muscle and it is probably the best purchase I made along with Scott Tousignant's unstoppable fat loss.. Keep up with the great work! Markku

  • Thanks so much niiloma! Really appreciate the feedback, and I'm glad that 7 Minute Muscle is working so well for you. Be sure to join us over at the forum in case you have not already: jonbensonfitness [dot] com

  • Exellent stuff, Jon. Way to go.

  • Thanks iampauleybaby!

  • Ha! Great work Jon for combating that outrageous claim, gj!

  • Thanks tykodor!
