Brooks is one of the nicest, warmest humans I've ever met. And a complete and total genius, too. I had the great pleasure to take a class from him at The Swannanoa Gathering this past July, and jammed with him at night for many hours over the 6 nights. I learned more about playing, and just being a good person, than I possibly could have imagined.
