  • Wow...I just rewatched this and the partner program put on an add with a happy little jingle at the end. The cognative dissonance was unbearable. Apparently, we do not have the technology to avoid grief. But we DO have the technology to monitize it. Ergo, let maximize our profits by maximizing our grief.

  • Goddamn the echoing dead ...

  • looks like you'll never be there again in this lifetime

  • So if you continue to make Tea Time videos, will 18 not be on it?

    ):

  • I get really attached to places too and it sucks when it's a place you know you cannot return to. But on the other hand its better than being attached to the things and my car slowly filling up with phonebooks and empty bottles of jolt.

  • I never ever though that 18 meant so much to you.

    Also, is Spricket24 pregnant?

    Is it yours?

Is that the reason your moving out?

Can you explain me why am I caring?

Why should I care? Is it empathy? Who knows?

  • He's not with Karen and s/he's not his child.

    Idk who's child it is.

  • OK, in any case, we know for sure the kid is hers ;)

  • to new beginnings?

  • LOL@JEFF c'mon don't be such a wussy man get 18 tattooed on you and you guys can be together forever

    and ever

    and ever

    and ever

  • I liked the audio effects in this video. Its sort of the way the dead sound when their voices echo through a living consciousness. Best heard while falling asleep or trying to stay in bed.

  • I think your neighbor might have his TV up a bit loud.

  • I'm 18 and I like it!

  • I can't hear you, man...

  • I... don't know how to feel right now. :(

  • duuude ='(

  • The scribe said that "Parting is such sweet sorrow" but I've always found it rather gut wrenching.

  • So sorry you had to move. It really sucks. Sometimes a home can fit us as snugly as our own skin.

  • Change sucks---no two ways about it. Even if it means going on to something better, it still sucks. Gets slightly easier to handle as you get older, but it always sucks.

Hope you find your *time/space* in your new life with ease.

    *Bright Blessings*

    Linda

  • "Wilson!! I'm sorry wilson! I'm sorry~"

I hate and admire the sadness in your eyes for having to let that go.

  • xD Reference of *win*.

  • Wow. Major nostalgia...

  • 18 was only a supporting player, your wonderful basement library was your whole set... gonna miss it! I'm sure you'll soon have a new library up, and you might discover some old texts you'd forgotten about.

  • Gonna be weird not seein' the basement library anymore

  • New home, new adventures...

  • Something heavy occurred or you're brilliantly putting us on. 1:11 + was a nice touch.

Maybe 18 reappears in another chapter or happy 19?

  • Wow... I never thought I would be sentimental about a number that's not in my special sector of "numbers that mean stuff" to me. ~sniffle~ I'm gonna miss em....

Thanks for making this. It means a lot to a nub like me.

  • :/ What happened to your finger, as seen at 1:52?

  • That's my wedding ring. It's a tattoo of my wife's name.

  • My mom and my stepfather tattooed their wedding rings

  • I'm going into that house and carving 18 out of the wall

  • It's tough to move on to something else. Let's bring some fun to the new place!

  • Noes! It can't end like this. We must steal it back..

  • You need to scribble in a NEW 18,

IT CAN BE BIGGER, BETTER, AND FASTER

WE CAN REBUILD IT. WE HAVE THE TECHNOLOGY It can be 19

  • Lol.

  • felt that one.

thanks for takin us with you jeff.

    ~Ryan Westlake.

  • New paths, new directions, moving forward.

  • Goodbye, sweet 18.

  • umm... you left 18 in an adandoned basement with no food or water... not even a blanket ffs or clothes?!?? I'm reporting you to the numerologists.

  • What a calculated comment.

  • its like I can touch you!

  • And we have not yet finished 'hello'.

    18 has a path too.

-and you took the time to write...

and I didn't know about all of this-

  • "The end of a thing is better than its beginning, and patience is better than pride." Ecc 7:8 Condolences dude, I've been there, many times.

  • you should have ripped that part of the wall out and taken it with ya... pit of polly filler, lick of paint and they'd have been none the wiser... for like a week or so. But that's all you need.

  • There will be new good times, Az. I saw that you had 'bad economy' in your tags, so I hope that all is well for you and yours. PM me if there's anything I can do

  • "You say goodbye, I say hello..."

In case you didn't know, I'm the new tenant that's running your asses out of there. I'll be turnin' that basement into my Cold Storage room. Consequently, 18 will become 18º when I'm through with her.

  • I recently visited my old university. I used to help run a little store under one of the dorms. That store closed a semester or two after I left campus. Almost 20 years later, i visited that place. Walking down the stairs to what now has been converted to a storage space, it still smelled like I remember it. I miss those days very much. I don't miss the smell, but what it stood for. :)

  • Did you leave a note with a URL to your youtube channel? Hopefully whoever has the house next won't paint over it.... ?

  • More good times to come my friend.

  • Sad day! 18 will never be forgotten!

  • caca?

  • I haven't had to move in 30 years... can barely contemplate the horror. If it helps any, I wouldn't mind if you named our first child "18" (might just coincidentally be the weight in pounds of its brain at birth;)

  • Well 1 of the 6 preceeding commenters gets it.

It is usually the simpler elements that bring up the strongest feelings from the past. Identifying with a chip on the stone steps, the shadow cast by a poorly hung bulb. Tomorrow will be full of new memories, but the flavor will be strangely less intense.

All the best for your family Jeff in the new digs!

    Scott

  • Can't hear a word of it. *takes a moment of silence in honor of 18*

  • i couldn't make out a word of it O_o

  • : / bad audio

  • Grab a sledge and knock that fucker out of the wall!!! Take it and get the fuck out of there!!

  • Sad. :D

  • eh sorry but I can't understand a word of this.

  • Just paint over it for Christ's fucking sake!

    :-P

  • *gasp*

  • take a shit on the floor

  • well if it isn't old panty pants mcpants

  • i would miss me too.

  • you... completed me

  • reality tends to do that.

    that's why you blocked me

  • i blocked one of your channels, don't go all shy

  • i've never been good at remembering more than one login. and am mostly too lazy to bother.
