  • Hmm, very interesting. It save some time too :)

  • 1. Interesting.

    2. Certainly a little would be saved.

    3. Missed Potential. Figures.

  • 1st: great. It's annoying how you can never know where there's some invisible ledge hidden... in a pure speedrun the message of Gaia talking about Pegasus might get slightly in the way.

    2nd: saves a little.

3rd: useful for getting below more easily without enemy spawns, e.g. for pacifist run.

  • There is another ledge behind where this one is (where the other column pieces are). That one opens up the possibility of doing the 3rd jump in this vid, but with the possile added bonus of jumping through thr trigger to load the next part as well, needs more experminenting...

  • Great. BTW, I'm currently trying out some stuff in Chains of Olympus, since I have the opportunity.

  • Cool, Ive thought about getting CoO, but Ive barley even played GOW1, Ive been thinking about a GOW1 glitch run, but it already sounds pretty broken. Roughly investigating "skips" and "speed run strategy on GOW2 at the moment...when I have time. Is CoO any good so far? Any glitching potential?

  • They made the walls ultra high in this game, so while infinite jump exists, it is more arduous to test stuff than it should. Since it's by a different developer, they have several completely new glitches available. Overall it's not as good as the PS2 GoWs, it feels like you are just walking from one fight to the next.
