heya basically you set up an account with paypal so when you pay for an ebay item you dont have to give your details to the seller paypal never share your details with anyone there are lots of places that accept paypal over the net its one of the safest ways to pay over the net and you are covered should you for some reason not recieve your item go to the paypal site and just register your bank account and card details there is lots of info should you need it :)

You should go check out the ebay site, seriously, the pallettes are reall cheap, they have a 40 colour palette for like £5 which is about $10, that's less than one MAC pigment! xx
