  • I guess he just started... Some muscle and balance training would really help him ALOT. Do a few pushups, squats and so on every day, it would do wonders. Did he graduate?

    oh, and by the way, I've been training WTF taekwondo for just about 10 years, so yes, I do actually know what I'm talking about, should u wonder :p
