I am with u-bloody annoying-I live with a family in the Philippines and this dog gets on my nerves. It is a higher pitched ya-ya-ya-bark-bark, bark bark ya-ya-ya and howling at supper time mostly. Even when it's fed it still continues. I didn't hate this dog but my opinion is changing!.
I live on Clinton Street and I hear this all day. It has to be the same dog. Have you gotten anywhere with the town or police? I would be willing to testify with you. I work from home and sometimes nights and it is impossible for me to get any rest during the day.
city, country, all the same. i live in a rural area with a 2 acre minimum and both my neighbors on either side of me have dogs that incessantly bark every time I go out into my backyard to relax. The owners just sit in their houses and let it happen. They're all moneybags white collars too, so ignorance is all around.
the bark is so loud its echoing off the buildings. i can assure you the dog is not going to stop and the owner's not going to stop the dog. i started with animal control, mayor, city court, cops, this didn't work you just have to keep bugging them and if this doesn't work then go to civil court
i would sue the owner and i would sue the city. these are apartments that dog shouldn't even be allowed to be there. if all else fails take them to civil court.

IF THAT DOESN'T WORK, GET SOME BAKING CHOCOLATE AND THROW A LARGE CHUNK OF IT TO THE DOG.
