Not really, they're easy to notice. I noticed the varec's flail one when the new skill diary things came out (a lot of armor wasn't included before, so when they updated it, they listed every weapon, armor etc.)

If you logic is true, then all the weapons in the list should have had a subtext of "and 70 attack" but no! the rest have "and 70 strength". notice 2 different things. veracs flail doesn't need 70 strength to be weilded. just 70 attack. so it wouldn't need the subtext. and if what you are saying is true, rune weapons should have a subtext of "with 40 attack" and addy weapons should say "with 30 attack" and so on.

That is not a mistake.

It said something like misusing report section or sumthing. It meant if sum1 had reported you for no reason you could report them for abusing the report abuse section. But since this got a little out of hand and they were doing this when they did break a rule, jagex decide if there was a mistake, player modetors would know.
