we rock!!!!!!!!!!!! we are so pro at getting the marble out. we got more than 10 out!!!!!!!! we are epically succesful and now we are going to eat our championship mochi!!!!!!!!!
Yes,you are correct, however, at the same time not. Ramune does come from the english word Lemonade, BUT was a mispronunciation at the time, missing the "de" part of the last syllable of lemonade, mimicing it as if the word in English was "Lemonay" Your last fact is correct, but yet again, what does lemonade taste like? Like lemons or lime, which you have also stated. And no, they weren't imported at the same time, but they were imported AROUND the same time period.
I think it should be noted, that although Japan is really cool and all, this particular bottle was actually designed by Hiram Codd, an Englishman. The name of this drink, Ramune, comes from the word Lemonade, and both lemonade and this bottle were imported from the UK at the same time, which contributes to why this drink is even called Ramune.
agreed :D also this is like the best drink ever blows all amercian sodas out of the water. also each bottle only contains 70 calories. intresting that such a delicious drink can be so light on ya. the bottle opening is also quite fun ^.^ I got to find a place to get like a 6 pack of this. my favorite kind is the origional.
i remember my first time opening a bottle of ramune. it was melon flavor :D i learned very quickly to hold down tight for a few seconds. because i didn't know the first time and it exploded all over me and my car. XD
i totally agree, japan is awsooooooooome. ramune soda is soo good to. My favorite kind of ramune soda is the watermellon and the strawberry kind. I love the ramune candy to the way it fizzes in your mouth is so cool. What kind of japanese candy do you like? -_-"
haha i''m so dumb. didn't even realize mine had a green thing on top when i unwrapped, lucky i didn't throw it away , this video made me realize that it came with a second piece to open with, thanks @_@

soda sucks, mainly tastes like ass or dirt. It's a pain in the ass to press down. The candy really sucks dick it all tastes like chalk... that's why japan sucks dick. :]
LAWLS i got to marble out really easily. but in the process it got me hurt. we were playing spin the bottle tackle with it, and the lid broke of. but as we were playing spin the bottle tackle i got some MAJOR carpet burns on my arm and sprained both my knee's but i got it out for someone that wanted it lol.
@_@ I tossed the opener before I knew what it was. The whole bottle's in Japaneses and I thought it was the equivalent of the little plastic caps on water bottles.
I am screwed. D< ~staring at eternally closed bottle~
WHERE DO I GET ONE OF THOSE FROM? I DON'T JUST HAVE ONE HANDY D:

Is it really better than American soda or any other carbonated drink that isn't jacked up due to import fees?
Chibithy 1 year ago

MewPudding3X3 1 year ago

Try World Market! (Cost Plus) Look in the food/drink section. I love the Lychee kind... :9
SweetHeart4563 2 years ago
I like the lychee kind... it's less "regular" than the other flavors. The original flavor is pretty good too.

The reason why -
Because we don't have this stuff around us all the time.
I mean, for us, we just have to flip an aluminum tab. Not very fun, huh?
