@doseofdoubt What differs them from other metal is the fact that the don't sing about death, demons, hell, killing, etc. They sing about stuff that is uplifting. They're praising God in a style that makes them happy, and God is happy that they are praising. Also, by making Christian metal, they are making it easier to open the hearts of unsaved metalheads.

There is a burden on my heart, to let the world know that you are God." That's singing about your religion. This band preaches about christianity before they're set. As I Lay Dying doesn't. As I Lay Dying's christianity has very little impact on their music.
