What do you mean 'shame about humans'? All this does is mimic what happens with humans - occasionally there are people who are typically thought to 'hate each other' who are actually friends. I'd venture to say it happens more with humans than it does in the animal kingdom.

Don't misunderstand me though, I'm not saying the video's bad. It's cute, adorable even. I just find it odd that people get all 'curse humans!' when there's probably just as many cases, if not more, of human acceptance of each other. beautiful vid. i actully did hug a guy i met at a fair the other day before i left. ppl were saying it was because we were gonna get together but really, i did it because he works non-stop all day dealing with 15 cows to come in forst place and i thought he needed it. i wanted to get him a slushy cause it was 30 degrees out but i had no money. i just said "sorry. take this instead." and hugged him. i could tell it made him happy and that made me happy.

@avasheridan1987 If we acquire meat through humane, controlled euthanasia of farm animals who have had a fair amount of time to live mostly full lives, then I think it's worth it for us to maintain a somewhat similar dietary connection to some of the more evolved species.

If you have a pet tiger for instance, and the tiger knows and appreciates the taste of humanely euthanized meat, and you don't, then your ability to relate to that animal may be jeopardized. Hunting is naturally instinctual.
