It's only Penny's modesty that she has to worry about. She should know that Sheldon wouldn't have any sexual feelings toward anyone. I love this episode because it shows that Sheldon is capable of caring about someone, and it's lovely to see that it's Penny that tends to bring out these moments out in him the most. These two are what make the show, at least for me. :-)
