Do you have to bake it? And can you bake pastel?

Yes, you can bake pastels. You can bake it if you like, but I just use Triple Thick Glaze over them and they harden perfectly.

When I baked my fimo ( purple, white, brown) their colors turned into darker shade. =(

They will naturally darken a bit, but you may have cooked them too long.

It says leave them in 30 min, but i only left them for 10 min in the microwave .. =(

I thought their color would stay the same (because i want to do some colorful cupcakes and such.)

microwaves aren't really made to cook anything but simply warm things up. does your microwave have a temperature setting to it like F or C? one thing about microwaves is you can't control how hot it gets in there and with ovens you can set the temp. easily. that is why your clay got too dark. ;-) what clay are you using? I use Fimo soft and it clearly says to never microwave clay =)

You're right. You know today I baked my ( Fimo ) using oven, and i got impressed by the result. Using the microwave was a mistake thou=].

The colors now are just the same as they were before ! ^^
