i dnt care what u say about ur study of guitar, there's sum sounds in drop d that u CAN NOT make in standard, no matter what the hell u do. dnt believe me? tune to drop d. then strum the top 3 strings open. and when u can play that in standard then come c me. theres nothing wrong with drop d, the only thing wrong here is ur dumass lookin for an argument just to get proved wrong. ne thing u can do in standard i can do better and easier in drop d.

i thought i should now voice my opinion lol, ive been playing for 8 years. i started using drop d wen i was about 15, n i can tell u, there are alot of songs in drop d that r more complicated than songs in standard tuning. oh yer, n does it really matter wat the tuning is. this is wat i dnt like about u types, u judge a song on structure, rather than if it sounds amazing, like this song does. nywayz, peace
