yea...password does not work. i also went on the verizon website and researched this and they said that the password might be the serial number of my router (if i changed it) and that did not work either. this is really a pain.

The extra dots are just a security feature, if you keep track of what you are typing you will be fine.

This doesn't help you find it out... this resets it to the defaults. To me, "determining the username/password" implies I'm going to find out my current ones, not reset the router to factory settings.

I was wondering why it doesnt let me go in to my username and password? before it let me go in my username was admin and password was password1 and it work good but today i try to log in but neither both work what should i do?? if i reset it does it ruin everything i had? cuz i dont want to reset cuz then i dont know what to do? Yea, guys fyi, if you reset, and you use ONLY a WAN (wireless area network aka wireless connection) then you will not be able to get back on the internet until you either get a land line or set up a new wireless network.
