This is exactly why the focus has to be on a new inquiry. Rumours, ideas, personal convictions and very logical conclusions cannot be used in a court of law. Circumstantial evidence has to be backed up by the nearest thing(s) that can be found to "a smoking gun". Democracy only works if voting rights are earned. The problem with American democracy is that virtually all American citizens receive the right to vote when they turn 18. Allowing convicted felons to keep the right to vote is also disastrous. The reason republics are superior to monarchies is because, in republics, those in power have to earn their position, whereas monarchs usually have their power handed to them because of heredity.

This is exactly why the focus has to be on a new inquiry. Rumours, ideas, personal convictions and very logical conclusions cannot be used in a court of law. Circumstantial evidence has to be backed up by the nearest thing(s) that can be found to "a smoking gun". A memo or other correspondence proving the acquiring and adaptation of the murder weapons: the planes, would have to be on page one of the evidence list, before you'd even get beyond a grand jury.

Its way past time we start naming names-at least more names than Dick Cheney(who no doubt was also involved) if we are to paint a more realistic narrative of what happened on 9/11. Or we can leave the narrative to those who buy the official story. I'm all about a new inquiry but lets be realistic here, thats not going to happen anytime soon, especialy if we ignore huge parts of the 9/11 lie-the parts that show Israeli involvement.

I am as frustrated as anyone else with the cover-up and gross illegalities of the wars and political bias that followed 9/11. Legitimate proof that the official story cannot be true grows every day, and I still think that building on that proof, and supporting the various organizations who are pushing it is the way to go, rather than accusations that could backfire, as the media will be quick to make happen, particularly if the accusations are against Israel. It is frustrating.

Maybe I'm just cynical from being a 911 activist for a good 8 years now,but playing the waiting game and hoping for a real investigation to look into the obvious physical anomalies seems like a lost cause.Ive seen the evidence pile up and time fly by.The more time that goes by the less likely an actual investigation ever takes place.I feel our best chance is to paint a more realistic picture than the official story.That means including circumstantial evidence that points at both US and Israelis.
