@lovenails22 hey, just buy any kind of watercolor paintbrush and then bend the matal part at the top to make a fold. it shud soon look like a dotting brush. watercolor brushes are really soft so dip the tip in some white nail polish and let it dry on the brush when its dry use that brush for a dotting tool. it seems .like alot of things to do but it will save you lots of money.. (buying a cheap water color brush works just as well as an expensive one ;) )
