@PolkMoney863 no you'd have to inject it into an emulator designed for the gamecube and boot that. Most N64 gamecube emulators are based off the Oot Master emulator.

Some Emulators you can directly load from the CD, like the SNES Emulator. But some other you must load from SD-Card with SD-Load or Datel Media Launcher.

hey does the solder work good by placing solder on the tip then applying to chip connection? i watched a video that says to apply the heating directly to connection then placing solder on each side. Your idea looks more convenient but does the solder stick easy? and do you apply extra flux or rely on the solder?
