I'm having a confusion right now. what if someone says I'm possesed with good spirit? this woman heals, makes prediction etc... when you see this woman you will really believe. BUT the thing is.. their family is not somehow like guided. They always have fights, arguments within the family. I'm just concern to them.. so what's that spirit? did God does that even before? is that God's presence?

Atheism rejects nothing about spirituality, unless by some warped definition spirituality and gods are now somehow synonymous. You are right, Buddhism doesn't completely reject the idea of deities, but it does present them as being more of a personal figment of guidance, rather than being something definitive or tangibly existent.
