@Arnold0914 Yes I do have it, however it will only fit a 2002, because it plugs into the MAP sensor, which is different from the other years. It is also an older puck, I bought used, then when I tried to get info from Diablo on it, even with sending them pictures, they said they never saw it before. It has their logo and name all over it, just some stupid tech asst. that didn't know anything about trucks or diesels. Worst customer service ever.
@mxracernate The piece I made was a few fittings that were 1/4" NPT threads. The nipples used for male pipe thread to hose barb are called King nipples. In between was the T fitting. For the 30# gauge sending unit you have to use the snubber to prevent pressure spikes that will kill the sending unit. The one for the Edge does not need it as it can handle up to 100#s. If you went to the local plumbing store and with a diagram and hose sizes, they could help you out.
I found what my problem was, when i put my new fuel pump on I took my stock fuel filter off and left the plugs chillin like my buddies truck so I was currious and bolted it back on and plugged it in and the noice went away now my edge is messed up and you cant tell any differences bettween the 0 level to my 6 hot unlock level at all!! I checked everything and it all looked fine I contacted edge and they said to send it to them and they will fix it for $99 man I wish my motor was as clean as urs
Thanks man! well im going to make one of thoses sending units soon for my truck... now today i noticed when I punch it I have a lowed squeeling noice and Im pretty sure its a boost leak maybe? Its sounds like its coming from the driverside dash got any ideas? thanks
Not too sure, man. Kind of hard for me to tell, unless I hear it. If you have a boost gauge, make sure that all the connections are tight, and check all your intercooler clamps and stuff.
I just put a airdog 150 in my 99 cummins and was wondering where you got your parts for your fuel pressure sending unit? did you just make something from a hardware store? I also have the edge/attitude in my truck thanks!

Some fittings, and the pressure snubber, are all installed about 4" from the injector pump. If you are going with a gauge for less than 100 pounds, make sure you put the snubber in. It reduces pressure spikes and saves the sending unit. My gauge is Autometer 30 pounds, and they also make the snubber. Good luck!
Looks like a solid product, can you tell me what your egt's look like. I have a 02 with a70 hp chip and my egt's are 1000 degrees with just a little throttle.
That is ok. You will see much higher with the J/A. I have a big turbo, cold air intake, and straight exhaust, which all helps, and I wouldn't hit 1250 at WOT, on #6. Now, though, I think I have a bad injector, as I can hit 1450 trying to merge on the highway.
If you are worried about the EGT's, bigger turbo and free flowing exhaust will make all the difference. Also, don't forget to address the fuel system, your stock lift pump will not handle the pressure demands from the J/A.
ey whats the turbo make and name man cause my turbos startin to get a lil wore the barrings going and i wanna upsize it a bit and how much is your turbo worth and wheres the best place to get it and what make and models that
I'm running a BD Super B Single. I don't know where you are, but I would recommend either a BD or Industrial Injection Phat Shaft. I haven't run one, but hear good things about them.

The only thing to watch is your fuel pressure. Remember not to let it drop below 7 psi. I'm running a FASS 150/150 and get 16 psi at the injection pump. That chip is a lot of fun, though!

Yes. When you are looking at the pump the wires come out of the corner and there is one that is closer to the top of the engine than the other. The top one is the one to tap into. If you don't feel comfortable with doing that, you can still run the edge without that wire, but that wire is the difference between "sweet" and "HOLY CRAP!" Good Luck!
Yeah, for sure! This is exactly why I put the 2 videos on youtube. When you look at all the stuff, it looks intimidating, however it really isn't that hard to install!

I have a BD turbo, intake, exhaust, electric fans, tranny, torque convertor, laminated flex plate, FASS 150/150, and the edge. I would definately recommend the fass, tranny torque convertor and turbo so you don't have any problems.
It's pretty good. I have a big turbo, so until my turbo spools up, it smokes good. I think that the power is way more incredible than the smoke. If you want big smoke, add some injectors.

I have a question i have the fass fuel system can you tell me a little more about what the peice was you made for the sending unit.
