thats a fairly irrelevant argument...small faults? :) the fact their most popular song was a rip off (look into the case..they got sued as they lost) because the entire song was based on a riff made by satriani is a pretty big fault. if you knew the story they heard satrianis song when 'searching for their sound' abroad being played by some unknown local band...and just took the riff thinking it was that bands original and no one would know.....
