Chavez Jr. has been protected. He took a step up and fought John Duddy in his last fight and has looked the best he has ever looked. I to use to think he was a bum, but since Roach took over his corner, he has improved a whole lot. Just stay tuned. If he stays with Roach he might get close to being what his father was. Theres a video of him talking to Pacquiao at the gym and then another of Roach talking about how he came to him about a month before the fight and was gonna try and do his best in such a short time.
