Most of these were just too much, especially the wings. Huge wings on a FWD car has no functionality whatsoever. When will people learn this?

My DD is a 2012 mustang which does 13s right out the box, and my project car is a 1970 302 mustang (which is actually restored and numbers matching). I actually just ordered a new cam and some heads for the 302. I'll see you in the 11s.

@bigryan991 thank you! there are soo many people that buy body kits and paintjobs for their cars but they've stil got a stock engine with over 180,000 miles on it. I mean, why buy a spoiler when your car stil registers at 109 because you haven't even taken out the governer? but it's fine with me, because when you try to race me on the interstate because my paintjob is stock and you don't see an aftermarket wing, just don't wreck when you feel your engine cutoff for the first time, haha

However, I bought one once for $600 and it was the best turd car I have ever owned. The parts are cheap and it got 35 mpg. Lasted me long enough to get my Ranger purchased. I don't see how people can dump money on these. They are cheap on gas. That was the goal of their design, not speed or performance.

@JDMxJuniorx4g63 yeh they are good cars if you ever run across one cheap buy it just stay away from the 2.3 and 2.4 quad motors i have had alot of problems with those motors but yeh buy one and try it out i think you will be surprised and i have owned a 88crx with a b18 vtech swap but i think my 04 ecotec cavy will run with it and they are both pretty much stock.
