Well the one they are all talking about is... 8 of the 9 fellowship members got the elvish nine tatooed somewhere on there bodies. The one who didn't get the tatoo told his double to get it, and he did. If you are talking about the one that in on the LEFT arm i can't really remember, but it is lyrics to a song. (something about life is easier with eyes closed or something)
