I am so tired of these people with their cliche techno and their wrong mindset about plur and the rave scene. I do not have much respect for the people who do not know who started it all. The asylum. ROX(ravers on x) and RR (railroad ravers) All origional. All new. All real.
Or it originated from dj Frankie Bones... quite frankly i don't think you understand PLUR from your standpoint of "i know, you don't, i'm original, you're not, i'm right, you're wrong". PLUR was all about everyone coming together regardless of the fact that you were all complete and total strangers. Even for those who have no idea "who started it all" that has nothing to do with whether or not they can understand, represent or express PLUR.
I know about plur. My comment was more directed on the bad choice of music and the people who do not know where any of it origionated. Plur was about unity. Not just for ravers, for everyone.

Actually it does to an extent. To me anyway, because when you go out to the parties and you can connect to complete strangers just because you both stick by sharing ideas and moves, to me that brings a sense of unity. And if you help each other rather than battle, that's respect as well.
