Saying "I have nothing to say to a police officer is a good way to get out of a search you could have avoided, untill the cop develops probable cause and you are screwed. Cops don't outright lie in court for the most part, and they don't go every day, only when there is a major dispute. As far as "the only good cops are the dead ones" imagine yourself surrounded by all of your enemies and there is no one to help you. Have fun with that one ya shit head.
